Bubur Ubi Merah Kembang Kol (Sweet Potato and Cauliflower Purée)

50 gr sweet potato, peeled and chopped
20 gr cauliflower
2-3 tbsp liquid (water/milk)
1. Steam both sweet potato and cauliflower.
2. Once all tender, remove from the heat. Let it warm then process them in a blender.
3. Transfer them to a bowl and add the liquid. Ready to serve

Bubur Bayam Kacang Hijau (Green Bean/ Mung Bean and Spinach Puree)

1 tbsp Green/Mung bean, soaked in fresh water for 3 hours then drain
40 gr Spinach
water to boil
2-3 tbsp liquid (water/milk)
1. Boil the Green/Mung bean on high heat until tender (7-8 minutes).
2. Add the spinach and simmer down (2 minutes).
3. Remove from the heat. Drain bean and spinach. Let it warm then process them in a blender.
4. Transfer them to a bowl and add the liquid. Ready to serve
* When I try this food they tasted like crunched wet paper (yuck..) but to my surprise, my son loved it. =)

Bubur Nasi Jingga (Orange Coloured Rice Porridge)

4 tbsp (40 gr) rice, wash, soaked in fresh water for 1 hour then drain
2 tbsp (20 gr) carrot/pumpkin/sweet potato chopped
400 ml water
2-3 tbsp liquid (water/milk)
1. Simmer the rice and water on medium heat.
2. Add the carrot/pumpkin/sweet potato cook until all ingredients tender.
3. Once all tender, remove from the heat. Let it warm then process them in a blender.
4. Transfer them to a bowl and add the liquid. Ready to serve
